We use grapes from our vineyards The Jubero at an altitude of between 1967 and 2297 ft. It is a Grenache grown in a vineyard of three foots planted twice, the first plantation is 40 years old and the second 35 years old. Our grenache has been oak fermented for three months to achieve the structure and volumen that we were looking for without a wood taste. We wanted to get a round volumen but we did not want the influence of wood in the aroma, We have pressed the grape and macerate with the pulp.
